Isa 59:6-8 | NASB2020 | STEP | Their webs will not become clothing , Nor will they cover themselves with their works ; Their works are works of wrongdoing , And an act of violence is in their hands .

Isaiah 59:6-8

6 Their webs will not become clothing,
Nor will they ^acover themselves with their works;
Their ^bworks are works of wrongdoing,
And an ^cact of violence is in their ^{▼▼Lit palms}hands.
7 ^eTheir feet run to evil,
And they hurry to shed innocent blood;
^fTheir thoughts are thoughts of wrongdoing,
Devastation and destruction are in their paths.
8 They do not know the ^gway of peace,
And there is ^hno justice in their tracks;
They have made their paths crooked,
ⁱWhoever walks on ^{▼▼Lit it}them does not know peace.
